Dear Valued Patients,
We hope you are doing well and staying healthy. We would like to update you on a few changes we have made to our COVID-19 protocol. Governor DeWine announced that Ohio will be amending its remaining health orders to comply with the new CDC guidance. In the state of Ohio, the mask mandate has been lifted as of June 2nd, 2021. The CDC recommends that everyone continue to wear a mask in a healthcare setting. Additionally, The Ohio State Dental Board has not changed its guidance since Governor DeWine’s announcement. Therefore, we do ask that you continue to wear a mask to and from your appointment, if you are able.
Our check in process, however, has changed. You may come directly into the building at the time of your appointment. You will no longer need to call us and wait in your car, unless you prefer to do so. We asked that you arrive as close to your appointment time as possible. We will practice social distancing in the waiting room, so there will be limited space available. If you have a child and would like to accompany him or her to the treatment room, you may do so. Otherwise, we continue to ask that only the patient come into the building.
Our staff will continue to wear masks at this time for everyone’s comfort and peace of mind. We continue to have H13 HEPA air purification in every treatment room and our stringent sterilization procedures remain in place. Your health is of utmost importance to us.
We ask that if you are not feeling well prior to your appointment that you call us to reschedule in advance.
